The Livingston County Association of REALTORS® announces their 2015 REALTOR® of the Year, Volunteer of the Year and Affiliate of the Year
The Livingston County Association of REALTORS®, which represents over 600 REALTORS® in Livingston County, announced their REALTOR® of the Year, Volunteer of the Year and Affiliate of the Year at their annual awards ceremony on Wednesday, August 12.
Terry Gill, Co-Owner, Coldwell Banker Town & Country in Brighton, has been named REALTOR® of the Year for 2015. Terry and his wife Karen Gill own Coldwell Banker Town & Country in Brighton. Terry currently serves as a Director on the Livingston County Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors; committee member of the annual Golf Outing, Fill the Gazebo Food Drive and Governmental Affairs. Terry participates in many association activities and events and attends both the Michigan REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® Annual Convention and Coldwell Banker meetings. In addition to his involvement with the Local Association of REALTORS® Terry is also active in many local organizations including: the Brighton Rotary Club; Greater Area Brighton Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Fowlerville Business Network and the Huron Valley Chamber of Commerce. Terry had donated his commissions on the sale of two homes to help others in the community and has traveled to Peru to help fit people with eye glasses. He has been a member of the Livingston County Association of REALTORS since 2006.
Zachary Bux, Sales Representative for First American Title Insurance Company in Brighton, is the recipient of the 2015 Livingston County Association of REALTORS® Volunteer of the Year Award. Zach serves as a committee member of the Livingston County Association of REALTORS® Affiliates where he is the chairperson, Fill the Gazebo Food Drive, Education, Golf Outing and Governmental Affairs. Zach is a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Zach participates in many of the association activities and events providing a helping hand and encouraging others.
Carole Bullion, Business Development Representative for Liberty Title in Brighton, has been named the 2015 Livingston County Association of REALTORS® Affiliate of the Year. Carole is currently involved with the Livingston County Association of REALTORS® Governmental Affairs Committee and is the Chair of the Education committee. Carole has over 30 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry and is a certified instructor in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Wyoming. Carole is an instructor for many of the education classes offered by the Livingston County Association of REALTORS®. Carole is involved in Humane Society of Livingston County, Brighton Rotary, Greater Area Brighton Chamber of Commerce, American Land Title Association, 100 Women who Care, Gleaners Community Food Bank, LCRP, March of Dimes and is a Leadership Livingston Graduate and continues to serve on the planning committee. Carole has been an active affiliate member of the Association since 2001.
