The Affiliate Committee works to strengthen relationships between REALTOR® members and our Affiliate business partners. The committee plans networking events, fosters collaboration, and creates opportunities for Affiliates to showcase their products and services while supporting the real estate community.

Education Committee
The Education Committee is dedicated to providing high-quality professional development opportunities that help REALTORS® grow their knowledge, sharpen their skills, and remain successful in an ever-changing industry.
Our education program offers a comprehensive selection of continuing education courses, certification classes, legal and contract updates, marketing strategies, negotiation techniques, technology training, and other industry-focused topics. Courses are taught by experienced instructors who bring practical, real-world expertise to every class, ensuring members receive valuable and relevant education throughout the year.
The Food Drive Committee coordinates the Association's annual community food drive benefiting Bountiful Harvest Food Pantry in Livingston County. Committee members organize fundraising efforts.
This annual event reflects REALTORS®' commitment to giving back and strengthening the communities we serve.
Food Drive Committee
The Bill England Memorial Golf Outing Committee plans one of the Association's premier annual networking and fundraising events. Committee members coordinate sponsorships, golfer registration, contests, volunteers, prizes, and event logistics while creating a fun and memorable experience for members and guests.
The outing also supports charitable organizations within our community, allowing REALTORS® to network while giving back.

Government decisions at the local, state, and national levels directly impact the real estate industry and private property rights. The Government Affairs Committee works to keep members informed about legislative and regulatory issues affecting REALTORS®, homeowners, and the communities we serve.
The committee advocates for policies that protect private property rights, promote homeownership, and support a healthy real estate market. Through education, advocacy, relationship-building, and collaboration with elected officials, the committee helps advance REALTORS®' ability to conduct business while promoting vibrant, thriving communities.

Young Professionals Network (YPN)
The Young Professionals Network (YPN) helps real estate professionals build successful careers by providing opportunities for networking, leadership development, education, and community involvement.
YPN hosts regular networking events, encourages members to connect with fellow REALTORS®, shares industry tips and best practices, and promotes professional growth for both new and experienced members looking to become future leaders within the Association.
